1. Overview

At Styxreonphzexal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of PureFlow Vital. This Refund Policy explains your rights to return products and receive refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and, where applicable, the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7) for consumers in the Netherlands.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically acquires the goods.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

  • Sending a letter to: Schoutenstraat 88, 3771 CL Barneveld, Netherlands

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [Product name], ordered on [date] / received on [date], consumer name: [your name], consumer address: [your address], date: [current date], signature (only if sent by mail)"

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide proof of having sent the goods back (whichever is earlier)

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer

3.3 Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will not charge you for the reimbursement. You are not responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • We sent you the wrong product
  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • The product is defective

In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs. This is in line with EU and Dutch consumer law.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Reporting Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A description of the damage

4.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective products, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement product

We will cover all shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective products.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at admin@styxreonphzexal.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

5.2 Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account (typically 5-10 business days).

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:

  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at admin@styxreonphzexal.world. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

6.2 After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above after receiving the package.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@styxreonphzexal.world

9. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, our standard return policy applies: you may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import duties will not be refunded.
